Shipping policy
COOPERATION WITH COURIER AND DELIVERY
Omiriel cooperates with local carriers DHL and Poczta Polska , so that products can be delivered directly to your address or to the postman.
PAYMENT AND AUTHORIZATION
Orders are charged at the time of order placement . All payments must be verified and authorized before shipping. To prevent card fraud, orders with invalid billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled .
ORDER PROCESSING:
We begin processing your order immediately , so we cannot make changes (including address changes) once it has been placed. We only deliver to the address provided at checkout . You only pay for the products delivered , plus any shipping charges and taxes .
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email .
DELIVERY DAYS
We deliver on working days - excluding Saturdays and holidays .
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES:
We typically need 1-3 business days to prepare your order, but some products may require longer processing time (e.g., during holiday periods or for popular items with limited availability). Shipping occurs once stock is confirmed .
If your order contains multiple items , they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days (due to the different locations of our manufacturing partners).
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, we typically ship within 1-3 business days . Average delivery time is 5-15 business days .
Please note: The above delivery times are approximate and calculated in business days . We strive to deliver your order on time, but Omiriel is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control , such as postal/customs procedures, holidays, extreme weather conditions , labor disputes, demonstrations, etc., which may cause longer delays than originally estimated.
THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY HAS PASSED - WHERE IS MY ORDER?
In 99% of cases , orders arrive within the estimated delivery date . However, occasionally your package may be delayed during delivery. You can check the status of your package using the tracking number sent via email.
